Included with Option 1 are 2 x 03 or 08 numbers. Or you can use your existing 03 or 08 numbers by simply porting these to us and then using this service.

• One number can be used to advertise your business giving you the ability to divert the number to any landline or mobile number by simply accessing our web portal and changing where the number rings. You can do this 24/7 – a really flexible way of managing how and where your customers can reach you.
• The ability to divert your number means that you have an inherent disaster recovery plan in place for your business.
• The other number can be used for fax 2 email – this means you no longer need a fax machine for incoming faxes. All faxes to your number are emailed to you immediately as PDF attachments giving you greater confidentiality. This can mean that you will save money by not having to rent a fax line.
• You will never get a busy tone or mislay a fax paper copy using our fax 2 email service and you have the ability to divert your faxes to any email address by accessing our web portal.

With Option 1 you also get on-line statistics in real time showing you the number of calls you have received, the time taken to answer the calls, missed calls, unanswered and abandoned calls along with all calls missed during out of hours.

If you do not answer a call you can use the voicemail service that is included with this option for in or out of hours using a standard message or you can record your own.
