The main benefit of Option 2 is that you can advertise your 03 or 08 number and to have the ability to divert this on busy or no answer to five alternate telephone numbers (including mobiles) or to voicemail. You can control the number of rings before the call tries the next number – all via our web portal.

• You can also set the diverts to work by time of day and day of the week – this gives you total flexibility with your incoming calls.
  You can change the numbers simply by accessing our web portal – you can do this 24/7 – this is a really flexible way of managing how and where your customers can reach you.
• Included with this option are 2 x 03 or 08 numbers or you can use your existing 03 or 08 numbers by simply porting these to us and then using this service.
• The other number can be used for fax 2 email – this means you no longer need a fax machine for incoming faxes. All faxes to your number are emailed to you immediately as PDF attachments wherever you are and therefore offering you greater confidentially.
• This can mean that you will save money by not having to rent a fax line.
• You will never get a busy tone or mislay a fax paper copy using our fax 2 email service and you have the ability to divert your faxes to any email address simply by accessing our web portal.
• With Option 2 you also get on-line statistics in real time showing you the number of calls that you have received, the time taken to answer the calls, missed calls, unanswered and abandoned calls including calls missed out of hours.
• If you do not answer a call you can use the voicemail service that is included for in or out of hours.
• We will also give you the option of recording the incoming call and we will send all recordings to you as a WAV file.

All of this for just £29.95 a month plus VAT.
