The main benefit of Option 4 is that you can have a virtual call centre taking your calls and delivering them to one or multiple site locations.

• All calls to your business can be greeted with an introduction or welcome announcement and queued in the network until an agent or operator becomes free.
• A menu of additional announcements can then follow allowing your customers to select the most appropriate department for their call – this is completed via their telephone key pad or to hear comfort messages whilst on hold.
• When a line is busy the caller is queued in the network (a message or music is played whilst your customer is being held in a queue) and immediately the next agent is free to take the call (regardless of location if you have more than one site) the network will deliver the call.
• This service can be used for any size of business and you will have full control and the ability to change the options and the messages via our web portal 24/7.
• We will also give you the option of recording the incoming call and we will send all recordings to you as a WAV file or store them securely in the network.
• Included with this option are 2 x 03 or 08 numbers or you can use your existing 03 or 08 numbers by simply porting these to us and then using this service.
• One number can be used to advertise your business and the other number can be used for fax 2 email and all faxes are emailed to you immediately as pdf file attachments.
• You will never get a busy tone or mislay a fax paper copy using our fax 2 email service and you can receive multiple faxes at the same time therefore saving on multiple fax machines and fax line rentals each month.
• With Option 4 you also get on line statistics in real time showing you the number of calls that you have received, the time taken to answer the calls, missed calls, unanswered and abandoned calls along with calls missed during out of hours.
